For purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- "AI System" means any artificial intelligence model, algorithm, application, or technology developed, deployed, or provided by Helpyr.
- "Client" means any person or entity that has entered into a separate written service agreement with Helpyr for custom AI development, implementation, or consulting services.
- "Content" means all text, images, videos, audio, code, data, software, and other materials available through the Services.
- "Intellectual Property" means all patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, trade dress, proprietary rights, and other intellectual property rights.
- "Third-Party Services" means services, platforms, APIs, or tools provided by parties other than Helpyr, including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Stripe, PayPal, Vercel, and other vendors.
- "User Content" means any content, data, information, or materials that you submit, upload, post, or transmit through the Services.
- "User Account" means any account you create to access certain features of the Services (when account functionality is implemented).
