We do not see those ideas as competing. We see them as complementary.
The machine should do more of what machines are becoming good at. So people can spend more time doing what people are still uniquely responsible for.
Zach builds systems around the way businesses actually operate. His focus is the architecture between frontier AI capabilities and real-world execution: context, workflows, software, evaluation, permissions, security, failure modes, and the boundaries that keep consequential judgment where it belongs.
He believes the best AI system is not the one that looks most impressive in a demonstration. It is the one people can actually trust with work on Monday morning.
Hannah keeps Helpyr focused on the person using what we build. Technology has to be understandable. It has to improve the work. And the person accountable for an outcome should be able to stand behind how that outcome was reached.
That standard shapes how Helpyr approaches products, clients, education, and community.
We like ambitious technology. We're less interested in the culture that usually comes attached to it. Helpyr is being built in Middle Tennessee because we believe world-class technology can be built anywhere ambitious people decide to build it.

We are not trying to recreate Silicon Valley in Tennessee. We are building something from Tennessee. There is a difference.
