We don't install AI.
We redesign work around it.
For organizations that know there is leverage inside their operation but need someone to find it, architect it, build it, test it, and put it into production.
Helpyr builds custom AI systems around your workflows, your information, your people, and your risk.
Show Us the WorkflowFind the expensive human work that isn't actually human work.
Every organization accumulates it.
That is where we start.
Our process — to Blastoff!
Five steps, from mapping the work to running it in production.
Discover
We map the workflow, people, systems, information, decisions, bottlenecks, failure modes, and business objective. We identify where time is being consumed and what that time is actually worth.
Architect
We determine what should be automated, what should be AI-assisted, what authority the system receives, what data it can access, where human judgment remains mandatory, and what happens when the model gets something wrong.
Build
We develop the workflows, integrations, model context, interfaces, policy controls, evaluation systems, and supporting software. The technology is designed around the operation — not the other way around.
Break
We deliberately test the system against bad inputs, missing information, conflicting instructions, unexpected conditions, adversarial behavior, prompt injection, model errors, tool failures, and edge cases. We want to find the weaknesses before your business does.
Embed
We put the system where the work already happens. We document the architecture, train the people responsible for it, define the operational boundaries, and measure what changed.

What success should look like.
Less time retrieving.
Less time rewriting.
Less time updating.
Less time reconciling.
Less time preparing.
Less time chasing.
Less time moving information from one place to another.
Deciding.
Creating.
Engineering.
Leading.
Solving.
Selling.
Building relationships.
Managing risk.
Doing the work you actually hired them to do.
This is capacity creation.
The value of AI does not have to come from eliminating employees. It can come from eliminating the work preventing those employees from producing more value.
You don't necessarily need fewer people. You need less wasted human capacity.
Across an organization, that compounds quickly
No black-box handoff.
You should understand what was built inside your company. And your business should not become permanently dependent on a consultant simply because the consultant wrote the system.
We want to build infrastructure that earns its place.
How we secure it →Bring us the ugly workflow.
The spreadsheet nobody wants to touch.
The report that takes six hours every Friday.
The project manager drowning in updates.
The engineer searching five systems for one answer.
The executive who has become the routing layer for the company.
The process everyone says: “That's just how we do it.”
Those are often where the leverage is hiding.
